"THAT in consideration of the items listed on the January 26, 2026 Consent Agenda, City Council: 1. Receives Items 11.b to 11.f; and 2. Approves the recommendation contained in Item 11.b."

"THAT the minutes of the Corporate Services Committee meeting held on January 15, 2026 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved."

"THAT the minutes of the Tom Thomson Art Gallery Advisory Committee meeting held on January 13, 2026 be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved."

"THAT Resolution No. R-260126-010 include an award program review, aligning with the Vision 2050 Strategic Plan."

"WHEREAS awards in municipalities recognize the individuals, groups or businesses for their significant contributions and impact to the community; AND WHEREAS these community recognition awards acknowledge contributions which have represented the municipality positively in areas of arts, philanthropy, economic and business development, education, entertainment, and athletics; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT City Council directs staff to bring forward a report in 2026, prior to the consideration of the 2027 Award Recognition nomination and selection process, regarding: 1. Potential components of a Community Ambassador Award; and 2. An award program review, aligning with the Vision 2050 Strategic Plan."
