Remove Item 26N.13 - Water & Wastewater Capital Needs Assessment from the Multi-Year Capital Plan; and 2. Forward Item 26N.13 to the Operations Committee for review."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CR-25-146 respecting the 2026-2030 Multi-Year Capital Plan Update, City Council approves the projects funded within the 2026-2030 Multi-Year Capital Plan update, as amended by Resolution Nos. R-251215-003 and R-251215-005."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CR-25-142 respecting 2026 Council Board and Committee Selections, City Council directs staff to bring forward the 2026 Board and Committee By-law to appoint Council members to serve on Boards and Committee with terms effective February 1, 2026."
