"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-24-113 respecting Minor Variance A10-2024 by Toronto Dominion Bank for the property known as 901 2nd Avenue East, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-24-114 respecting Minor Variance A11-2024 by Murphy Home and Design Inc (Matt Murphy) through Ron Davidson Land Use Planning Consultant for the property known as 241-261 9th Street West, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-24-112 respecting Minor Variance A12-2024 by Barry’s Construction and Insulation Ltd. for the property known as 986-1000 5th Avenue East, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variances maintain the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, are minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."
