“That the Financial Advisory Committee receives the report entitled 2013-2014 Water and Wastewater Rates dated March 18th, 2013 written by the Manager of Revenue, and further _______________________________________________________________________________ Financial Advisory Committee Meeting Page 5 Minutes – March 26th, 2013 That the Financial Advisory Committee recommends to Council that the rates as shown as Proposed Rates “A” on the chart entitled Proposed 2013-2014 Water Rates, be implemented and charged effectively as of May 1st, 2013, and further That the Manager of Revenue will create and present a further report regarding the Water and Wastewater billing structure before the end of 2013 for the Committee’s information and review.”
