"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-096 respecting Minor Variance A12-2025 by Bob VanDolder for the property known as 915 11th Avenue East, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-097 respecting Minor Variance A14-2025 by Barry’s Construction and Insulation Ltd for the property known as 890 20th Street East, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-098 respecting Minor Variance A15-2025 by Ron Davidson Land Use Planning Consultant Inc. on behalf of the Bruce Grey Catholic District School Board (BGCDSB) for the property between 16th Street East and 8th Street East on the west side of 28th Avenue East, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-106 respecting Minor Variance A16-2025 by Graham Design & Construction on behalf of Community Living Owen Sound for the property known as 1170 3rd Avenue East, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."
