"THAT the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment meeting held on May 27, 2025 be approved as printed."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-064 respecting Minor Variance A09-2025 by Martin Webster for the property known as 1548 20th Street East, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-065 respecting Minor Variance A10-2025 by McKerroll & McKerroll for the property known as 863 5th Avenue West, the Committee of Adjustment approves the minor variance as the Committee concludes that the requested variance maintains the general intent and purpose of the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature, and desirable for the appropriate development and use of the lands, subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-066 respecting a consent for lot creation for property known as 863 5th Avenue West, the Committee of Adjustment approves Consent Application B12-2025 by McKerroll & McKerroll subject to the conditions outlined in Schedule ‘E’, as amended."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-070 respecting a request for Certificate of Cancellation for 1875 16th Avenue East (B04-2013), the Committee of Adjustment approves the issuance of a Certificate of Cancellation for the lands known municipally at 1875 16th Avenue East."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CR-24-025 respecting the appointment of a Committee of Adjustment Secretary-Treasurer, the Committee of Adjustment: 1. Appoints a secretary-treasurer as outlined in the report; and 2. Authorizes the secretary-treasurer to delegate their authority in writing for temporary absences."
