"THAT in consideration of the deputation from Aly Boltman, Board Member with the Beth Ezekiel Synagogue provided on February 4, 2026 respecting a partnership request with the Beth Ezekiel Synagogue for the Safer and Vital Communities Grant, the River District Board of Management: 1. Approves the partnership request from the Beth Ezekiel Synagogue for its application to the Safer and Vital Communities Grant; and 2. Directs the Board Chair to send a letter to the Beth Ezekiel Synagogue in support of their application to the Safer and Vital Communities Grant."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-26-008 respecting the Non- Eligible Collection Options Review – Post Municipal Extension, the River District Board of Management: 1. Selects Option 5 outlined in the report to require businesses to assume responsibility for the disposal of non-eligible recyclables; and 2. Directs the River District Coordinator to prepare a survey of affected River District businesses respecting the coordination of recyclable and cardboard collection."
