"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CR-24-108 respecting Project 1d2, 1d3 and 1d4 - Extending Automatic Vehicle Locator to all applicable vehicles for logging and data collection, the Service Review Implementation Ad Hoc Committee recommends that City Council: 1. Direct staff to include the expansion of the City’s Automatic Vehicle Locator program for all licensed vehicles in the 2025 Operating Budget; and 2. Direct staff to develop an Automatic Vehicle Locator Program Policy to supplement the City’s Fleet Management Program."

Direct staff to bring forward a report on alternative uses for the space previously used by Tourism at the Community Waterfront Heritage Centre."
