“THAT in consideration of a report dated March 22, 2012 from the City Clerk and in light of comments provided by Engineering, City Council hereby does not approve the sale of a 4.0 metre wide portion of the west side of the 18th Avenue East road allowance.” Prior to a vote on the original motion Councillor Lemon made the following motion: Moved by Councillor Lemon R-120402-014 “THAT City Council hereby tables the motion respecting the sale of a 4.0 metre wide portion of the west side of the 18th Avenue East road allowance pending clarification of the necessary sanitary sewer size from the Manager of Engineering Services.”
