"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-15-044 respecting the lease and operation of a food concession at the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre, the Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee recommend that given the previous attempts to find a qualified operator through three previous RFP's, staff be authorized to initiate direct negotiation with potential individuals and businesses who may lease and operate the concession at the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre."
