“THAT in consideration of a report dated July 30, 2010 from the Deputy City Clerk, City Council hereby authorizes the execution of an Encroachment Agreement with a lifetime clause respecting the property located at 124 5th Street East for the encroachment of the north wall of the residential structure onto the 5th Street ‘A’ East road allowance, which is normal in situations where the encroachment cannot be removed without affecting the integrity of the main building.”

“THAT in consideration of a report dated July 30, 2010 from the Director of Operations, City Council hereby approves the reconstruction of 9th Street East between 1st Avenue East and 2nd Avenue East as part of the 9th Street Bridge project and financed as recommended in the said report.”
