"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CS-25-045 respecting the Lease of 5 Parking Spaces on 11th Street West, east of 1st Avenue West, City Council directs staff to bring forward a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a lease agreement with Brandon Vanderschot with the terms generally as outlined in the report."

Directs staff to proceed with the modified intersection design, including applicable comments arising from the Grey County Joint Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting on May 15, 2025; and 2. Acknowledges that the interim design will not be fully compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) at the northwest corner of the intersection due to space limitations, as permitted under s.80.31 of Ontario Regulation 413/12."
