"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CR-24-034 respecting a procedure for the Property Standards Committee, the Committee of Adjustment: 1. Adopts the Property Standards Committee Procedure as attached to the report; and 2. Provides authority to the City Clerk to make administrative changes to the procedure with all substantive changes coming back to the Committee of Adjustment for approval."

"THAT in consideration of Staff Report CR-24-037 respecting the appointment of a Committee of Adjustment Secretary-Treasurer, the Committee of Adjustment: 1. Suspends the appointment of Staci Landry as the Committee of Adjustment Secretary-Treasurer effective for the period that Ms. Landry is on leave from the City; and 2. Appoints Allison Penner as the Committee of Adjustment Secretary- Treasurer for the period that Staci Landry is on leave."
